On Thanksgiving as we reflect on our lives, give thanks, and extend help to those who are in need, it is also an opportunity to begin or re-affirm an attitude of gratitude. Actually, along with eating right and exercising, expressing gratitude improves the quality of life.
One of the ways to create greater meaning in life for baby boomer women in midlife and beyond is to be thankful. In her interesting book,
